Yes in the initial proposal, international exchange rates were taken
into consideration. The cost of Hetzner, our current web host, has had
a buffer of about $100 added, to offset inflation and unexpected fees.
The coding sprint after BG hasn't, but that seems to be a bit more
flexible and hopefully, additional funds can be allocated to it in the
future. The past (and current) reimbursements for EU conferences were
pretty much non-existent too.
