Thanks George,

I've taken them out, and I think it reads much better.
I did it the slow way by deleting each one.  All that code stuff is very
confusing to me.
When are you going to write a book titled Duxbury For Dummies?  I really
need to learn more about Duxbury.  I've had it for about 5 years, and have
learned just enough to get by with my own transcribing.  That's the very
simple basics.  I just don't get all the stuff about styles and codes.

Have you ever considered doing an online class for beginners?
