Are you sure? There is a page with the content you quoted but that is 
a completely different page. It is the page you get when you log in. 
Yes, I agree it is confusing that that page does not give a link to 
the archive. However, the page whose URL you quoted above,
  //www.freelists.org/list/riscos-ps
(repeated for clarification) has none of the items you quoted but 
instead has, amongst others, a link labelled "List archive":
