answer from my viewpoint, as MTH's HO locomotives have been coming out
in the $450-500 range, including their digital system that is DCC
compatible. This is about 1/4 of what I've heard upcoming brass
versions will go for.
There’s a ton of H1e Royal Hudsons out there waiting to be bought. I don’t
know if you realized but brass prices have plummeted in recent months. Some
models are going on eBay for a third of what they were going for this time last
year.
