Sometimes a tech early on is the better solution. You may have burned a motor 
up or worse yet, a motor/motherboard. Afraid Rod or Ed would have to jump in 
here, but I know the last time we were on site and there was a burned smell, it 
took both a new motor and motherboard for the client. We will keep our fingers 
crossed for you and if under warranty, call Melco.  If not, call your tech.
