Hi Rachel, if you are having color change errors the Z axis will not move on 
it's own. The easiest solution is to try turning the machine off (10 seconds) 
and then back on. If it powers up successfully, you'll need to perform the 
Color Change Index and Color Change Home Cleaning procedures immediatly to 
prevent it from happening again.
