How old are your thread rollers, breaks may be caused by the age or
cleanliness of your roller. Also, change the needle often make sure it's
a sharp. Good luck

I am trying to stitch a logo on a brushed cotton hat which I have doen
several other times and am averaging about 6 thread breaks every hat.
The logo was digitized by the best company I have used for 2 years and
it seems to always break in the seam area. What are some of the
settings you all use when having this problem on your Amaya??
