Hi Jackie, I personally haven't had problems myself, as I have set my system to allow spam through and it lands in a junk mail folder in Outlook 2010, which I check nearly every time I am using my machine However, my wife, Carol, is also using a BT account and we had to have aRNIB volunteer out recently to check some things for us both due to changes at the BT end. One of the things we wanted to check was whether any e-mailshad got stuck in Carol's spam folder, which I couldn't work out how to do.
