Hi Alex Very interesting. What BT interprets as spam or junk isn't necessarily the same for me or anyone else. They ought to let everything through if you have Outlook set to receive messages instead of using their webmail client, and let the user be the judge of what is spam. If it wasn't for having all the hassle that goes with changing ISP and getting new Email accounts, then putting in new WiFi codes everywhere, I would be off like a shot! I don't like Bt support at all, you can never speak to anyone who properly understands what you are trying to explain. One of the things we wanted to check was whether any e-mails had got stuck in Carol's spam folder, which I couldn't work out how to do.
