Hi Jackie, I personally haven't had problems myself, as I have set my system to allow spam through and it lands in a junk mail folder in Outlook 2010, which I check nearly every time I am using my machine However, my wife, Carol, is also using a BT account and we had to have a RNIB volunteer out recently to check some things for us both due to changes at the BT end. One of the things we wanted to check was whether any e-mails had got stuck in Carol's spam folder, which I couldn't work out how to do.
