1: No. Having a youth oriented event reinforces some of what the hobby is 
about, paying it forward.
2: yes
3: No. too close to the end of the school year for kids and hard to justify a 
day out of school or time away from studying for final exams and getting 
projects finished and turned in.
4a: Yes
4b: no, doesn't help, the volume is the killer, the front row usually loads 
plenty fast
4c: no
4d: yes
4e: no, it's been broken and ignored for years
4f: launching the whole front row at once isn't much fun. It's too hard to 
track your rocket in the crowd.

5: Reword to add "...Mike Kramer and Ken Brown...."
