Just remember that the prolems you are having with the various cables and plugs
have nothing to do with Vista.
If you would uninstall it and install anyother operating system, the cable and
plug problems would still be there.

Well the 40 gig installed fine, but the 120 gig did not show up even on my
computer. If it was not for the 40 gig showing up I would never have recovered
the data I was so desperate to save. Here I do not even understand how to plug
in
a new drive? Is this a new type of inputs for the drive?
I think I used the inputs for the next cdrw type drive, I could not see a
way of inputting new drives but by the 2 wires I described already. I can see
your one very smart woman and please let me say I enjoy your input.
What would you think? Is this a SATA type drive or something else? Would it
be possible it input my other of 2 cdrw's or my other drive without to much
trouble? Wires everywhere, even where I thought the hard drives
went......YUCK....VISTA my you have diarrhea for a month!
Oh Hun if I could ( To move Data ) But ya may be seeing me for the
cables......Get into the old west :-), The old computer is a bust! The hubby
threw out
the old computer but I still have the drives and CDRW's

    God Bless
    Becky
