Maxtor is all I use and have only ever had one go bad on me.  I did 
get two IBMs in a system and both of them only lasted about 1 1/2 
years.  Maybe I don't run systems long enough to have them go 
bad, but I do run 3 systems here 24/7.
Just my thoughts.
