You have the left overs from the viruses.  There are fixes that you have to
make in the Registry for some of them.  Did you keep track of the virus that
she had?  More importantly, figuring the cost of the time spent doing this,
wouldn't it be easier to wipe the computer and reload?  Usually the machine
is going to run a lot better anyway with a clean registry and most people
are usually interested in only their data which is usually easy to copy off
and back on.  Just a thought.
