Thanks Wiz! Your reply lets me know that it is at least possible to reinstall windows. I wasn't sure. In this case ( The computer is one my brother got from a business that upgraded its machines and I haven't actually seen it yet. No disks came with it.) I will have to put windows 98 on the thing. I know it's a giant step down but it's the most feasible solution.
