Yep, now that might work (and it's what I was missing). But if she
didn't have that already installed it won't work for her. Also, the
archive bit is managed by the system so, yes, andy change to the file
will set the archive bit, normally.

And as a semi-nasty aside: that bit you're talking about is managed
directly by the OS which is provided by M$. You trollin'?
