[mso] Any way to get shift/deleted email back?

Oh geez...I've been working so hard here, that my brain is fried.
I just shift/deleted some really important mail that is not included in my
last backup of my pst files....does anyone know if or how I can get this
back?
Freaking out here...this stuff was important.
