Actually, after reviewing this, GoBack actually monitors disk writes so it 
should know which files have been 'altered' and back them up accordingly.

Norton Protected Trash Can / Recycle Bin also keeps copies of deleted & 
'replaced', I have often seen several versions of files I was changing stored 
in Norton Protected Trash.
