Hi Sandy. I'm aware of that Undelete program (and if my memory serves me right, it needs dos to run and I'm on Windows XP and therefore don't have dos...not the mention that my drives are also NTFS which even complicates it more)...I also have Norton's Unerase program...I also have r-Studio which is by far the best one around....Vic used it one time to restore all the files on his hard drive AFTER he had formatted it AND erased all the partitions!! So, if r-studio couldn't do it, I doubt anything can. The problem is that I didn't delete an entire file....if I had, recovering it would have been much easier. However, when you delete email in Outlook, you are simply removing them from the pst file. I would have been in better shape if I had deleted the whole pst file, instead of just one folder within it. But thanks anyway. Linda, there used to be a program simply called "Undelete" that got me out of a jam at one time. Don't know if it's still around or if it will work with newer OS's. I'll try a search for it later.
