I think you're all missing something here. Outlook stores all those
messages in a single database file. It *does not* store messages as
files themselves. Therefore, whether it's consistent in operation or
not, a regular old Undelete program won't get you anywhere.

Linda deleted a folder defined in her PST file not on the file system
and doing so doesn't give the same protections you get on a file system
for restoring data.
