By old ticket I was referring to this one:

Which was failing at CPRIVMSG.txt, which sounded like it was no longer
there, so I closed it a few days ago. But now this email thread seems
to indicate otherwise. I said it sounded similar to what we saw with
the alpha2, in that it only shows up with a certain combination of
media and/or hardware. It'd be interesting it the 2 MB of data added
on fixes it though.
