Yes. For the batch of the original post I cheated by keeping the
border of the BTabView and just moving the borders via SetInsets()
into the window borders. For the later example of the Appearance panel
I used the correct SetBorder(B_NO_BORDER) to do it the right way.
So, yes, if we get a consensus to try the look when removing unneeded
borders, I can make those changes (and use B_USE_WINDOW_SPACING).
