Haiku Inc was offered a licence for a self hosted version of TestRail

The licence key/serial-number needs to be restricted to board members only
for security reasons, but otherwise they can work with other team members
for other stuff.

If I remember correctly, you get a free 10 day trail before a key is
required.

Only the hosting needed to be sorted out.
