Well, yes. However, different versions of title case don't stick out 
that much compared to sentence case vs. title case.
Complete consistency can, of course, only be achieved inside our 
repository. I'm just arguing that we should follow the usual GUIs and 
use title case. Since it's already written down in Apple's HIG, why not 
just using that one?
