At least on our end. Not sure about the user, though.
I looked through many menu names and labels of apps and preferences and 
imagined them in "sentence case". It "looked" kinda weird. As Stippi, I 
can't put my finger on it, but it just looks... wrong.

The solution is of course, to compute LocaleKit "translation" files for 
every case combination and have the user pick his weird favourite. Am I 
joking? I first thought I was, but now... I don't know anymore...

It's all so subjective, that I'm afraid we won't find consensus...
