good deal. i'm voting scrap it. i don't see a way to do a cover/drink
tickets/etc and make it so we can all keep track of it with the way the bar
is laid out.... easier is better and more fun is WIN!

yes we can push the crap out of the raffles - the goodie boxes will need to
be cool to get more people to buy. we have that whole roll of tickets at
our disposal so let's sell them! there was talk last night after dorkbot of
including a voucher for a free 1 month membership in one (or more?) of the
raffle prizes. that's kinda sweet and i think we should consider including
that.

for tshirts - we can certainly sell off what we have in stock at the shop.
not sure if commonwealth can whip us up more quickly or not, but i have to
say i bet they can - i believe they keep our screens. i've never ordered
from them, so maybe that's a question from Doug or Matthew?

i'll be working on a graphic for this tonight at the shop during open
hours... but admittedly i'm NOT a graphic designer, nor do i have anything
remotely similar to photoshop or illustrator at my disposal. i was going to
just whip up something quick to use to do the online marketing with. no
idea from me here on how to do quality art for a shirt like that. or what
it would cost the shop to have it done as a new screen and set of shirts. i
like the idea... i am concerned they might not sell, and the shop would have
to pay up front.
