Hi phyllis
just eaten my lovely salad so yummy
put ham on plate jacket potato in microwave yummy
lettace cucumber tomatoes baby ones
rocket wich is bag of long green leaves spicy they are
put scotch eggs on and sausage roll from greggs my salad cream so yummy
cellery is good for you but never had any in typical
got jam tart for later on with custard yummy
my Doctor told me to eat plenty of eggs too
got vitimins in them
going to Hospital tomorrow for the audiolegest to seringe my ears oh hate
having that done
just hate it
hate people poking in my ears
can't stand it
my appointment is at morning time
yes weather forcast is going to rain now up to next thursday
so their goes my summer tops now for this weekend
oh dear not good
oh my god said its going to rain in blackpool oh my god no
sick over that now
carer told me not to worry because could be dry for couple of hours or so
we shall see
right going to send my personal email in cornwall
