I like the idea of having maps available for download, but one must remember 
that not every person who may get a Trekker will have a high speed internet 
connection available to them, and that many would not have a clue how to 
download or install the maps if they had the connection either
Y where the person lives, and make possible the download of maps as an option 
for those who might want or need to download additional maps after getting the 
Trekker.  To often technology companies and those who use technology on a daily 
basis assume that everyone has the same access and the same level of knowledge 
of technology, and neither are true.  This is particularly true of persons over 
50 years old.  But, also much more likely among younger blind persons than 
younger sighted people.


The best option would be to ship cds for the countr
