(N) (Jer 31:37 KJV) Thus saith YeHVaH; If heaven above can be measured, and
the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the
seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith YeHVaH.

(A) Neville, you keep missing the fact that what makes a Jew is obedience to
God not Biology. Children of the promise are those who obey... The Pharisees
and Seduces of Jesus day were Jews but they were disobedient to God, as such
they were rejected and they knew it, that is why they crucified Him! The
inheritance is via acceptance not forced upon anyone via biology?. GOD will
never forsake the Jews but the "jews" did not and don?t now realize that
genealogy is not the same as obedience to God. God specifically condemned many
of the "jews" so did Jesus foretell of this?? You don?t understand what is and
is not a Jew?. This is partly your fault one because you do not believe the L&P
with Jesus when he stated "will be taken from you and given to a nation".." new
covenant" which is WITH Isreal, and secondly you ignore Paul who explains
exactly what is and is not a Jew . We are by adoption Jews, because only those
who belive in Jesus and obey are heirs according to the promise.

Allen, your replies may be too long, but on the other hand I agree with you.
Attributing some books of the bible to "the evil one" is a new and extreme
position to take and needs alot of evidence to even begin to discuss such a
claim. In terms of the Law, God's morality for us never ceases or changes, but
the agreement between God and the Jews is over, Christians are his new chosen
people (not to say that god has no futher plans for the jews).

You could not be more wrong:

I did not say that Jews were cast off or that God was through with them. I
believe that God upholds his promises even when men break their part of the
bargain. But Jesus was the fulfillment of the Law. God said do this, do that
and that and I will provide a way for men to be saved. Jesus was that way. It
has been provided. Don't you believe Jesus' death and resurection is the method
of our reconcilliation with God? What need do we have of sacrifcing an animal
to God after Jesus' sacrifice? Will God condem you if you eat a pork product?

As for authority, all is given to Jesus and he is the head of his church, which
happens to include all believers. There is no institution of men that holds
this place of authority. The eyes and heart should be focused on Jesus and not
on earhtly things, like any particular church.

If you still have my posting to Allen, which listed a number of questions that
Allen has refused to answer, then please submit your own answers to those
questions.

I'll try, maybe next week. However, If you would just present your evidence for
your conclusions about Saul, I'd be love to read it. It does go against
everything I've ever studied or been taught. Though I must say, it seemed like
Allen answered your questions and points pretty well. I don't see how I could
answer you better then he did. If the best of your thoughts on Saul are already
posted - just say so - and I'll go back and re-read them.

Neville.
