Are you sure it's only going to be a couple of months?
It makes me angry that companies get away with this. You, probably
along with the others, feel obliged to do the overtime cos everyone else
is doing the overtime and you don't want to be the one to let the side
down. And will they learn from their mistakes? The only way that might
happen is if the game is a flop, but even then they probably won't put
it down to working a 90 hour week. And if they make a profit, they'll
probably think nothing of doing the same thing again since it's worked
before.
Also, the company is gaining an advantage over other companies that
don't resort to 90 hour weeks by getting twice as much work from their
employees as those with better ethics.
90 hours goes beyond ridiculous; after just a few days people will
probably be writing more bugs than working code; tempers will fray and
the atmos will become worse and worse. All this because of bad
management. Will they be doing 90 hours a week?
Just my 2p!
Steve

I'm deffiantely going to see the project through the end as it's only
a couple months out and i deffinately dont want to burn any bridges.
Who knows maybe this company will learn the errors of their ways and
i'll stick around for a while <<crossing fingers>>
