Hi Andrea,
Okay - I found this to clear it all up ...

Rank
Your rank is determined by comparing your score to the scores of other
volunteers. If your rank is 150, that means there are 149 volunteers who
have a higher score than you do. Your rank is recalculated every few
minutes.

Score
Your score is the total number of calibration movies you have identified
correctly minus the number of calibration movies you have answered
incorrectly ...
      -----------------------------------------
Obviously, while correctness is essential, volume is key. Congratulations
on your 13/4898 - that's so awesome!

The Top 100 List is reached from the
http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/index.php page. I think it's in the
bottom right corner. And I bet you are high up in that list with a score
like 489! :)

I hope you won't mind if I follow your lead and proudly add "StarDust@Home
Member" to my tag. That's an excellent idea. Piques the interest of others
- others that I see as potential new members to the Astronomy/Space
community, thus awareness that can result in more funding :)
