sir, what environment u mean ? could you tell me the details.
i'm in testing for make the x.400 connector in my office between 5.5 and 2000 
what information i can give u sir ?
(say i'm the beginner for learn exchange sir)
they using X.400 connector because for guard when our bandwidth down or busy.
if using smtp how to set between site.
 
sir why i can't send directly to your email address ? i try to send and i got 
the error message.

No, its impossible to explain how to configure the connectors without knowing 
your environment, you configure your side with their information, they 
configure their side with your information, if they want you to use an X.400 
Connector I would suggest you contact them and have them give you the details.
 
I still don't understand why they want to use an X.400 Connector, and SMTP 
Connector would be much easier.

we have holding company in Hongkong and they IT still using NT4 platform and 
exch 5.5 and they don't want using other connector except x.400
and between Indonesia site and Hongkong we have VPN connection.
can we using other connection sir ?

sir, could you tell me how to configure both of 2 side using x.400 pls help me

You need to provide a lot more information, for example, how have you got the 
connectors configured?
 
Why do you want to use an X.400 Connector anyway?

Dear all, 

I need somebody can help me. 
I have one server running on NT4 with Exch 5.5 and I have one server running on 
W2K with Exch 2000. 
How I can make the x.400 connection between that server ? 
I already try to make the x.400 connection on exch 5.5 and exch 2000 but can't 
success. 
Hopely you're the expert with exchange system can help me.
