can you ping their Internet Router? new backbone on your end? Sounds like a
routing issue to me....

Hi all,
I have a situation where my users can't send email to this particular
domain.
I ma running X5.5 on windows 2000 server.
Whenever we send an email to xx@xxxxxxx <mailto:xx@xxxxxxx> the email goes
out, leaves our server, but it never reaches the recipient nor we get an
NDR.
Please help.
