No, its impossible to explain how to configure the connectors without knowing your environment, you configure your side with their information, they configure their side with your information, if they want you to use an X.400 Connector I would suggest you contact them and have them give you the details. I still don't understand why they want to use an X.400 Connector, and SMTP Connector would be much easier.
