You need to domain prep the child domain and add a RUS for that domain. Wait a little while while it updates and you should be good to go. The problem I have is that addresses for users in a child domain do not appear in the global address list accessible through MS Outlook. How do I solve this problem? The Exch server is in the parent domain. I want all users to appear in the global address list.
