In most cases the user is needing their email fairly quickly, therefore
haven't been able to check to see if waiting two hours works. I know that it
doesn't happen every time.

Thanks for the insight, I will check the Q article.

If you wait for two hours does it work as expected? There is a cache
mechanism for information and a q article describing how to change that
cache time. Basically the store caches the information for 120 minutes
before it refreshes it.

Hey all,

We have experienced some strange symptoms on our exchange 5.5 box, running
on w2k. From time to time we will have a user go over quota, and in some
cases we will increase the users quota. Every now and then it seems as if
the server ignores the quota change, the server will show the change, and
show that the user is no longer over quota, but still does not allow the
user to send. In most cases the only fix for the problem is a reboot.

I was wondering if anyone else had seen the same symptoms before, and if so,
what they may have done to resolve them?

Thanks,
