Dear List,
This is a little off-topic, but I don't know any other list to post my
question to.
I have received a braille copy of two bills, and the braille was produced
for two different companies. I was surprised to notice the braille wasn't
according to BANA rules. I don't know which organizations transcribed the
bills. I always assumed that any company producing braille copies of bills
would have to go by BANA rules. Is my assumption wrong?
