Hi Greg,

That's cool. I liked the machines all right, but I was finding myself losing 
patience trying to accomplish some things with the 880. Guess it's due to the 
beginning stages of Old Fart Syndrome. Be that as it may, I do most of the 
stuff in Sonar now; and I sold all but one drum machine. It's the Dr-660. 
Again, not a bad unit, but those pads are way too sensitive; and you can't 
write any more than two measure patterns. I wanted to use it more for live 
performances, but I'm kind of picky when it comes to my backing stuff.

  Hi Mike I also had the dr-770 and 880 and I switched to Sonar using seperior 
drummer with the metal foundry pack and I still use my grooveboxes too for my 
solo project.
