Surprisingly enough I've had more WD go bad than any other brand. I had an
RMA on a Maxter when they first popped onto the scene and it was a five day
round trip SF-NY-SF. I still haven't figured out how they did it but I ain't
complaining. Good service and I've never had another one go bad.
The luck of the draw has something to do with it but I really don't know how
that works either ???
