Kellie, if you are sorry to be brusque, then don't. Look, people are 
new here; they are anxious they won't do a good job. I, personally, 
did nothing here for a very long time because of that kind of 
attitude. Y'all want it done right; we all want it done right. 
Sometimes you have to make sure people are comfortable with hearing 
things over and over because we hear slightly different things from 
different folk. That's the nature of the beast. So if you get tired of 
the repetitive questions, then just don't answer them. If you've seen 
it all before, don't read it.

We've had these things from staff before. I'm putting this so firmly 
because
this is old ground which staff has covered for us several times before 
and I
don't think they should need to keep repeating it. Until further 
notice, yes
tabs and multiple spaces are eaten and reduced to nothing. When 
changes are
made to the stripper we will be informed.
