Wendy,

Melco is currently working on the Hoop Definition for this hoop. When it is
complete, and testing done to insure other factors may not cause damage as
well, it will be released. To be honest with you, I feel there are issues
that should be corrected and re-designed before use on ANY machine.

Perhaps other questions to ask are, why did Hoop Tech not approach Melco
BEFORE they released it and ask for the definition so they could supply it
with the hoop when sold to a Melco customer? Why are they not responsible
for damage to the machine because they are selling you a device that can
cause damage if not used properly used, and not supplying you with the
information to use it properly! Why did Hoop Tech NOT TEST it and perhaps
include a warning about its use? Why does it become Melco's responsibility
to protect you from 3 rd party attachments? Why is it Melco's responsibility
to make their machine compatible to a 3rd party device in ANY way at all?
Melco had no input to Hoop Tech on its compatibility, usability, cautions,
design, etc. to make it usable on the Amaya machine. Melco was not asked if
it would work properly without damage to the machine, nor if it would be an
acceptable device. What about its weight and running at high speeds etc.?
there are many factors involved. I feel it is very irresponsible for any
company to release a device of this kind without these answers before hand.
