If you select "Drive is not recognised by the System" then you don't need to put in a failure code (oddly enough). Chances are you'll get a new DM+9. Recently sent off an 80Gb DiamondMax 16 (5400rpm drive) and they sent back a brand new 250Gb MaxLine II. Seems the 250Gb Maxline is the only 5400rpm drive they still make. :) Andrew
