Never had any problems with Samsung, so I'd say go ahead. You can be our
guinea pig. :)
The last drives I bought were Seagate 7200.7 - 3 160Gb ones running in
RAID5 off a Highlypointless RocketRAID454. The 7200.7 definately looks
like a cheap knock-off of the Barracuda IV/V - gone is the Seashield so
they run quite a bit louder.
