Eleanor,

it is not my view that Talks etc will lose out at this time, if anything, 
having this frank view shows one thing, that the iPHone or Android solutions 
are not yet ready for our telephony or texting needs.

thus Talks / MS is the only way at this time that we can truly go.

anyone switching to Apple or Android exclusively at this time is going to be 
making a sacrifice at this time. maybe not in the future, but for now, yes they 
are.
