THAT IS THE ONE THING THAT I FAILED TO GET PASSED WHEN I WAS PRESIDENT. I
had the lab all lined up located in Kentucky
and the procedure for collection. Jim Cusick and Carmen,who were Board
members at the time worked hard to get it defeated ,and suceeded
