Coming from a show and race horse background, I was actually amazed to
learn that testing winners (and spot checks) didn't happen in the dog world.
I'd vote for it too.
THAT IS THE ONE THING THAT I FAILED TO GET PASSED WHEN I WAS PRESIDENT. I had
the lab all lined up located in Kentucky
and the procedure for collection. Jim Cusick and Carmen,who were Board members
at the time worked hard to get it defeated ,and suceeded
I had just finished judging the National and had seen dogs that I felt had
been drugged. It was a big disappointment to me,but hoped it would be
considered if it became
