Wrong Ed.......I do not know of a rescue that would let a dog go to a situation
where it was going to be strickly an outside dog. I would never sell one of my
puppies to a situation like that. German Shepherds are a people dog and they
need to be with their people...not chained to a tree or in a kennel 24/7 or
left in a junkyard to protect it. Dogs are in rescue for a reason and a rescue
would certainly not put an animal back into a bad situation from where it came
from in the first place. Try and find a family for your bitch that will have
her as a family pet PLEASE.

problem...where a dog lives should always be up to the owner...if this is
