I built mine from 3/4" exterior plywood with a 2x4 frame and legs.  The sink is
8ft X 30".  I sealed it with 3 coats of West System marine epoxy, and then
painted it with light gray marine enamel.  It works great, no leaks after 3
years, BUT - the light gray enamel stains like crazy from RA-4 developer.  B&W
chemicals don't bother it, though.  If i had to do it over, I'd paint it with a
2 part epoxy paint after sealing.
