I do mostly 35mm and, although I normally transfer the films from the freezer
to the fridge and then to the bag, it happens I had to use a film directly from
the freezer.
I don't recall to have had problems doing so but I must say that I didn't tried
to absolutely have problems either ... :-)

I suppose 35mm is less prone to condensation as the cartridge is kept with a
low-level of humidity inside its hermetic plastic box since its manufacturing
and, once in the camera, most of the film has plenty of time to warm-up inside
the cartridge before coming out and being exposed.

For sheet film, I must say the time I need to load the backs, go on stage,
decide what and how to shoot, install the tripod, make all camera planes
adjustments, meter the exposure, re-think half an hour if this scene is
*really* worth the cost of a sheet and, finally, follow the longer-than-a-plane
check-list carefully ...
Well, you know, we're not talking of condensation on film but film aging here
... :-)
