The Kodak Super RT MSDS list for part A70-75 % sodium formaldehyde bisulfite (approximately 470 grams)
16 % Hydroquinone (approximately 108 grams) 5-10 % Boric acid (7 % would be about 47 grams) 1-5 % Sodium sulfite (4 % would be about 27 grams)1-5 % Metaphosphoric Acid hexasodium Salt(CERCLA) 3 % would be about 20 grams
Total pkg weighs 675 grams. Makes 1 gallonPart B is primarily Sodium Carbonate with a bit of potassium Bromide and CERCLA
Metaphosphoric Acid hexasodium Salt is the same stuff as Calgon-S or sodium hexametaphosphate, a well known sequestering agent. It has also been used as an alkali in some developers where it has the advantage of also keeping mineral salts from being deposited on the film.
